RETURN POLICY — TiNY iCON

We want you to LOVE everything you order from TiNY iCON 🤍
However, we know sizing can be tricky when shopping for our favorite little icons.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Exchanges & Store Credit

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to:

  • Exchange your item for a different size (if available), or

  • Issue store credit

All exchanges or store credit requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If any items are returned showing signs of wear or use, we will be unable to process an exchange or store credit and will contact you with next steps.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at tinyiconvb@gmail.com.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
